Reporting to the Culinary Manager, you will prepare and deliver foods for retirement residence residents, guests, and employees. The work includes reviewing menus, following production sheets, serving meals attractively, and preparing therapeutic or specialty diets. You will also support food safety, meal timing, and dietary department procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver foods for residents, guests, and employees
- Review menus and production sheets before meal preparation
- Prepare and serve therapeutic and specialty diets
- Complete daily temperature audits and record findings
- Follow recipes, production charts, budgets, and service schedules

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Large quantity food preparation experience required
- Special and therapeutic diet knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of Provincial Food Premises Regulation
- Ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand during shifts
