This Commercial Insurance Advisor serves small business clients across Alberta through inbound calls. You will tailor coverage, recommend solutions, and support commercial insurance sales. The work includes renewals, policy changes, applications, certificates, and client inquiries. The schedule is 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with two stated shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial insurance sales and customer service
- Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Sell current policies to existing or new clients
- Process applications, certificates, changes, and renewals
- Contact underwriters and adjusters about policies
Requirements:
- Alberta General Insurance Agent Licence Level 1
- Strong customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Preference for property and casualty insurance experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
