This Senior IGA Engineer manages IdentityIQ configuration and standards across applications, connectors, rules, workflows, and lifecycle events. You will maintain platform performance, lead patching and upgrades, document configurations, and reduce single points of failure. The role also supports governance evidence, access models, and modernization planning.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain IdentityIQ applications, connectors, rules, and workflows
Own IdentityIQ patching, upgrades, and performance
Configure connectors for diverse target systems
Document standards and cross-train a backup owner
Support RBAC, ABAC, and entitlement model maintenance
Requirements
Six or more years in identity governance or IAM
Solid hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
On-premises platform ownership from installation through tuning
Java or BeanShell and SQL scripting skills
Experience planning IGA modernization preferred
Combine on-premises IdentityIQ ownership, integration skills, and governance knowledge to support Mobility Global’s resilient access infrastructure.
