Reports to :Vice President, Product Creation Development As the Senior Manager, Colour Operations, you lead a team of Colourists to deliver colour accuracy, ensuring all new materials align with our colour design vision. As a strategic, cross-functional partner, you lead across the organization with overall business health in mind. You have your own projects, and you collaborate with cross functional partners from Colour Design, Raw Materials Development, Design, Global Product Management, Process Operations, Raw Material Quality and Raw Materials Planning and Sourcing teams to ensure a smooth flow of information across functions.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work from home.
