A day in the life:

Process supplier invoices including validation, coding, matching, routing,



and postingPerform 2-way and 3-way PO matching and resolve routine discrepanciesReview employee expense reports for policy and approval complianceRespond to supplier and employee inquiries in a professional and timely mannerSupport supplier onboarding and vendor master data maintenanceAssist with payment processing and investigate payment-related issuesPerform reconciliations and support month-end close activitiesMaintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures

The successful candidate brings:

Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable, accounting, expense processing, or financial operations experienceStrong understanding of invoice processing and PO matchingExperience performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesKnowledge of financial controls and compliance requirementsExperience with SAP, Concur, or similar ERP systems is considered an assetStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsMaintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
