The Building Maintenance Lead Hand works under the Supervisor of Facilities Operations and Maintenance across all Board buildings. The position installs, repairs, and maintains structural, cosmetic, and built-in components and equipment. It also supports plumbing systems and limited-scope electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain building components and equipment
- Maintain, repair, and install plumbing pipes and fixtures
- Perform limited-scope electrical equipment maintenance
- Follow Board policies, regulations, codes, and best practices
- Work safely and effectively across Board buildings

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma
- One to three years of related experience
- Plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical repair experience
- Valid Ontario G license with clean abstract
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
