Lead Patrol Services at Blue Mountain Resort in a full-time winter position, using safety leadership and advanced skiing or snowboarding skills.

As Assistant Manager, Patrol Services, you will support daily patrol operations alongside the Manager, Patrol Services. The position combines on-hill duties with staff coaching, risk management, training coordination, and guest service. You will help create safe, enjoyable mountain experiences while supporting employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and developing patrol staff
- Enforce resort safety standards and industry best practices
- Coordinate, deliver, and audit required training programs




- Build relationships across Mountain Operations and resort departments
- Monitor trail and patrol standards during regular duties

Requirements:

- Current First Responder certification
- Previous resort or mountain operations ski patrol experience
- Robust leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability and personal equipment
- At least 18 years old with successful background check
