Lead Platform and Integrations engineering teams from Canada, combining technical leadership with Java, Python, or Go expertise.

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will guide two teams while shaping technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. You will oversee infrastructure, developer tooling, CI/CD, observability, identity systems, and third-party integrations. The position reports directly to the CTO and includes hands-on architecture and coding when required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Platform and Integrations engineering teams

Define technical visions, roadmaps, and delivery milestones

Contribute to architecture decisions, APIs, and scalability trade-offs

Write and review Java, Python, or Go code

Coach engineers through feedback, reviews, and development plans

Requirements

At least five years developing software individually

At least three years managing engineering teams

Experience managing approximately ten to fifteen people

Product ownership and stakeholder prioritization experience

DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring experience
