Lead process engineering across energy projects from Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver, applying simulations, design analysis, and technical judgment. This full time position supports multidisciplinary execution.

Worley seeks a Senior or Principal Process Engineer for energy, chemicals, resources, and industrial projects. You will contribute from feasibility studies and concept development through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up. The work includes process deliverables, troubleshooting, optimization, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver process engineering services on time and within budget

Prepare simulations, calculations, PFDs, P&IDs;, and equipment specifications

Support procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities

Participate in feasibility, FEED,



detailed engineering, and brownfield projects

Provide technical guidance and mentorship when required

Requirements

Process engineering experience in energy, chemicals, resources, or related industries

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline

P.Eng. designation or eligibility to obtain registration

Experience with Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, CAD, and Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
