The position provides therapeutic support using feminist counselling principles and WHC values. Solid clinical knowledge, communication skills, and organized documentation support client care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual therapeutic counselling for program clients
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops
- Assess client needs and provide relevant support
- Connect clients with appropriate community resources




- Maintain records and provide statistics to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Three years' clinically supervised therapeutic counselling experience
- Experience developing and facilitating groups
- Understanding of weight bias and body positive perspectives
- Satisfactory criminal record and Child Abuse Registry checks
