NOSM University is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide administrative support for the HR team and to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR program delivery. You will collaborate with HR Consultants and the Director on policies, health and safety, compensation, and employee relations.

You will manage HRIS data, support committees, draft policy materials, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and collective agreements; some travel may be required.
