Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this position reviews store sales records, reconciles receipts, and supports Finance & Accounting administration. You will investigate cash discrepancies, attend inventory audits and cash counts, and process financial information according to applicable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily store sales records and receipts
- Identify cash discrepancies and follow up promptly
- Attend semi-annual inventory audits and cash counts
- Organize supporting documents and obtain missing information
- Streamline processes and support required audits
Requirements:
- Accounting degree, diploma, equivalent, or relevant qualification
- Minimum one year working experience in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Effective written English communication skills
- Cantonese or Mandarin communication is an asset
