This human resources business partner role advises leaders on people and organizational matters. You will coach on leadership effectiveness, employee development, engagement, and retention. The position reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and collaborates across the Talent function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leaders on organizational and talent priorities
- Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Manage complaints, conduct matters, investigations, and corrective action
- Support organizational change, communication, engagement, and adoption




- Analyze workforce trends and develop actionable recommendations

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive human resources experience
- Human resources business partner and employee relations experience
- Workplace investigations and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
