tender packages, drawings, and cost estimates.Provide technical support to field staff and contract administrators in resolving construction-related challenges.Manage and strengthen client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate effectively across offices to deliver high-quality, client-focused project outcomes.You will have experience in civil infrastructure projects and possess the following skills and experience:10–15 years of experience in municipal linear infrastructure design, project management, and client engagement.Proven track record of managing projects, budgets, and resources effectively.Knowledge of municipal/provincial approval processes and industry standards.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.Familiarity with AutoCad, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD is an asset.Proficiency with MS Office, and MS Project.In addition to base salary, Mott MacDonald offers performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, giving employees a direct connection to our success.Eligible employees have access to health and dental coverage, wellness resources, retirement savings, insurance and disability protection, paid time off, family leave support, and professional development opportunities.
