Are you an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience working on large-scale high-rise residential projects?

Review project contracts to understand requirements including timelines, budget, safety, quality, staffing, materials, and equipment needsLiaise and coordinate with designers, technical teams, and clients on all technical aspectsAnalyze project designs, technical reports, and background informationDevelop and implement execution plans detailing construction staging, workplans, materials, subcontracting, and equipment needsCoordinate with discipline managers to ensure proper construction sequencing and stagingProvide technical assistance and recommend effective construction methods and equipmentManage quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and scope development for civil, earthworks, and wet utilitiesOversee project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule goals, taking proactive steps to mitigate risksBuild and maintain strong client relationships, including managing expectations, progress reports, and communicationMonitor and ensure productive use of materials,



equipment, and adherence to contractual obligationsOversee onsite activities, quality, productivity, progress, and safety of teams and subcontractorsAddress potential roadblocks proactively and resolve any arising issuesImplement and monitor safety programsManage requests for information and issue field instructions as neededPrepare comprehensive progress reportsQualifications 10+ years of experience as Project Manager with a major general contractor managing high-rise residential projectsCompletion of post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field is requiredExperience managing new build full cycle construction projects within high-rise residential, mass timber, and other complex projectsPMP or relevant certification is desirableDemonstrated ability to plan and execute projects within budget and schedule constraintsProficiency in interpreting and applying contract law and languageExperience with project management tools such as Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and BluebeamStrong technical, communication, organizational, managerial, and planning skillsExceptional leadership and interpersonal abilitiesWork Conditions Full-time, site-based position located in Scarborough supporting a major high-rise residential construction project.
