As an AgWest Shop Technician, you will repair and maintain agricultural equipment while supporting customer equipment performance. The work includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, using diagnostic tools and software, and communicating repairs clearly. You will also complete service documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Repair and maintain tractors, combines, and sprayers

Requirements:

- Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification or equivalent experience
- Agricultural equipment repair and maintenance experience preferred
- Robust mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
- Valid driver's licence and strong problem-solving skills
