As a Shift Manager, you will help deliver excellent guest experiences while ensuring food is prepared and served properly. You will keep restaurants functional, clean, and beautiful, supervise staff, and practice inventory control standards. The role includes training Sandwich ArtistsTM on existing and recent responsibilities, checking equipment, and completing paperwork.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate computerized point of sale systems
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift required weights
