Reporting to the Elders, Youth and Neighborhood House Manager, this worker supports programs promoting personal, social, and emotional development. The position helps individuals access resources, build skills, and participate in community life. Collaboration across Lil'wat Nation departments is required when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with Neighborhood House programs and activities
- Maintain safe, comfortable, clean, and tidy spaces
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and facility grounds
- Open and close the facility as needed
- Maintain incident reports and communicate guidelines

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 10 education
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain safety
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Evening and weekend availability with schedule flexibility
- Clear vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
