Support resident wellness as a Registered Practical Nurse using compassionate nursing care, preventative education, and safe medication administration. This is an unscheduled part time position.

Fieldstone Commons Care Community is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for an existing vacancy with Sienna Senior Living. You will help residents live fully while protecting their health, safety, comfort, and dignity. Key work includes individualized care planning, accurate documentation, resident self-sufficiency, and collaboration with the wider care team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care supporting resident well-being
- Promote adaptation, abilities, wellness, and self-sufficiency
- Prepare medications according to physician orders and standards
- Follow up on resident,



family, and team concerns
- Complete assigned duties and required clinical documentation

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Medication Administration certification
- Minimum one year in geriatric nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation
- Vulnerable Sector Check and valid Canadian work authorization
