Job Overview

We are urgently hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Applications for a full-time engagement in Edmonton, Alberta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT infrastructure and enterprise application projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.

This position requires a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, project governance, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, including network, server, data center, cloud, and end-user computing deployments.
- Oversee enterprise application implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve escalations, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare management reports.
- Ensure proper testing, documentation,



deployment, and handover to operational teams.
- Maintain project governance and ensure adherence to established project management standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and enterprise application projects.
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, data centers, and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight deadlines.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
- PRINCE2 Certification
