Lead complex RFx responses as a Senior Proposal Writer at Benevity, using exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills. This is a 12 month contract with a versatile hybrid approach.You will own high-value proposals from kickoff through submission while partnering with Sales and subject matter experts. The role includes RFx intake, bid/no-bid recommendations, quality assurance, and content library governance.
You will also mentor writers and support process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex RFx responses from kickoff through submissionWrite executive summaries, cover letters, narratives, and questionnairesManage RFx intake, triage, and bid/no-bid recommendationsReview submissions for compliance, accuracy, consistency, and brand voiceOwn Loopio content library structure and governanceRequirements:
Five or more years managing RFx responsesExperience with complex, high-value proposalsExceptional writing and editing skillsStrong project management across multiple RFx deadlinesExperience with Loopio or similar RFx softwareBring RFx leadership, persuasive writing, and content governance expertise to Benevity’s proposal team on contract.
