Build customer-facing AI platform services in Python with Cloudbeds, working completely remotely on reliable production systems and agentic workflows.As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core AI Squad, you will build production AI capabilities across Cloudbeds products. The work includes Python services, agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and observability. You will integrate with PHP and Java systems while addressing reliability, latency, scalability, cost, and model quality.Key Responsibilities:

Design and operate customer-facing AI platform servicesBuild agent runtimes, workflows, tools, state, and recovery pathsIntegrate LLM workflows into reliable production systemsEvaluate models and providers for product use casesOwn tracing, observability, and quality feedback loopsRequirements:
