What you will do

Your role will not be limited to invoice entry.



You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the accounts payable process and the administrative compliance of construction files.

On a daily basis, you will be called to:

- Handle the processing and accounting of supplier invoices.
- Perform the necessary validations and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- Follow up with suppliers and keep their files up to date.
- Verify the documentation and regulatory certificates of subcontractors.
- Participate in document management related to construction projects.
- Account for expenses, credit cards, and related current operations.

What will make you successful

You have about 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable and training in accounting, or equivalent experience.

You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and ease of collaboration with your colleagues.

You are comfortable with computer tools, particularly Excel, are fluent in French, and have functional English (enough to speak on the phone with English-speaking suppliers, without it being 100% perfect).

Experience in construction, particularly with subcontractor files, the CCQ, or the CNESST, will be an important asset.
