As a Security Alarm Monitoring Operator, you administer and monitor physical access security across multiple client locations. The position supports CMC Operations through customized procedures and remote monitoring by specialized personnel. You will monitor alarms, audit cameras, and provide support to other CMC teams while meeting service-level requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor access and CCTV alarms to meet service-level agreements
- Perform periodic audits of site cameras through CCTV systems
- Administer physical access security for one major client




- Support other CMC teams in various operational capacities
- Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required for this monitoring position
- Criminal Background Certificate required
- Familiarity with computers, LANs, Microsoft Office, and common software
- Knowledge of dispatch processes and protocols
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, listening, and verbal skills
