As an IT Intern, you will work with Welltower's IT Infrastructure and Help Desk teams. You will provide technical assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and support process improvement. The internship offers exposure to reporting, analysis, and cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees
- Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams
- Track, manage, and resolve tickets using Help Desk software
- Install and configure computers,

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- Prior IT, Help Desk, or related internship experience preferred
- Basic understanding of computers, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, browsers, and Apple iOS
- Proficiency in SQL; MySQL, SQL Server, or Tableau exposure is advantageous
