This finance-focused position reports to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Administration & Analysis. You will review lease terms, maintain accounting data, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities. The work includes schedules, forecasts, occupancy analysis, controls, and explicit explanations for Finance, Real Estate, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review agreements, payment schedules, options, escalations, and incentives
- Maintain lease accounting systems and real estate records
- Analyze rent, taxes, occupancy costs, recoveries, and billing discrepancies
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, accruals,



KPIs, and variance analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and clarify terms

Requirements:

- Three-plus years supporting lease accounting and financial statements
- Experience with journal entries, balance-sheet continuity, and close
- Advanced Excel skills, including reconciliations and financial models
- Ability to assess accounting impacts and complex financial data
- CPA designation or progress toward completion is an asset
