Support residents at Good Samaritan Lee Crest in Cardston as a Health Care Aide providing bathing, grooming, and meal assistance. This casual position offers various hours.

The Health Care Aide collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident care. You will respect choice, dignity, privacy, independence, spirituality, and individuality. Daily work includes personal care, portering, care plans, and reporting changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal service
- Provide portering while respecting resident choice
- Observe and report changing conditions, needs, and concerns
- Deliver quality service according to care plans
- Support peers by sharing knowledge and experience

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- Grade 12 or GED and First Aid
- Alberta CLHA registration and Food Protected Basic
- English communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Criminal Records Check and tuberculosis screening
