The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care at Providence Hospital in Toronto. This permanent part-time position involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while collaborating with patients, families, and inter-professional teams. The RN also supports ongoing professional development and accountable practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient/client health needs and identify care priorities
- Implement and evaluate individualized nursing interventions safely
- Document care according to College standards and policies




- Report patient/client status changes to appropriate team members
- Coordinate care planning, staffing, supplies, and consultations

Requirements:

- Positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification is mandatory
- Knowledge of nursing science and gerontological nursing
- Effective communication with patients, families, and coworkers
- Very good attendance and good performance records
