The Sutherland Group of Companies in West Kelowna, BC is seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide executive, administrative, project, and business support to the Vice President, Operations and senior leadership team. You will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports, track action items, and support cross-department|al communication.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in executive support, robust organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
