This Human Resources Administrator supports Human Resources Advisors throughout recruitment competitions and related administration. Responsibilities include preparing postings, organizing applications, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and completing reference checks. The position also coordinates onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- At least three years of related experience, preferably in a union environment
- Robust verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Excellent administrative, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines
