Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate strong sales techniques and consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Take ownership of daily responsibilities and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain excellent store presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Assist with inventory management, promotional activities, and store events.
- Support daily store operations and demonstrate leadership potential.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Fluent in Cantonese.
- Fluent in English.

Qualifications:
- Proven retail sales experience with strong selling and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.




- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Previous supervisory or retail management experience is an asset.
- Interest in Chinese tea culture and teaware is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
