Owner defines solution vision, owns product backlogs, and guides complex engagements. You will connect business challenges with scalable Salesforce, Agentforce, SaaS, and web solutions. The work spans discovery, Agile delivery, client enablement, and go-live outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own solution definition and vision across the engagement lifecycle
- Design scalable Salesforce and Agentforce solutions with guardrails
- Prioritize backlogs, roadmaps, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead workshops, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, and delivery decisions
- Guide testing, onboarding,



knowledge transfer, and client training Requirements:
- Seven-plus years designing complex Salesforce solutions
- Four-plus years in qualified services consulting
- Experience leading strategic, multi-stakeholder technology engagements
- Fluency in Agentforce functionality and agent design
