Reporting to the Feed Mill Manager, this supervisor supports effective operations at the Topsail Road facility. The scope includes grain storage and handling at Cochrane Pond and Long Pond. Responsibilities connect resource utilization, production performance, materials coordination, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan staffing and coordinate daily operational activities
- Optimize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization
- Track production volumes, downtime, inventory variances, quality, and costs




- Identify initiatives reducing waste and improving performance
- Coordinate materials and supplies for uninterrupted production

Requirements:

- Three or more years of supervisory experience
- Post-secondary education in engineering technology or food production
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work successfully within teams
- Manufacturing or food safety experience considered an asset
