Harbourfront Wealth Council is hiring a permanent, full time Portfolio Administrator for Operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist with technology implementations, process mapping, documentation, and adoption. You will also work across NDESK, MAKO, Salesforce, Custodian platforms, Excel, and coding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist technology and systems implementations through user testing
- Map processes and document updated operational workflows
- Support onboarding, account administration, trading, and transfers
- Identify manual tasks suitable for automation and reporting improvements




- Maintain accurate controls, procedures, and system change documentation

Requirements:

- One to two years' investment operations experience within wealth management
- Demonstrated experience working with operational systems and implementations
- Experience with Excel and automation tools
- Coding experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
