Medcan seeks a Full time Clinical Phlebotomist skilled in venipuncture and capillary collection. Support safe, accurate testing while delivering compassionate client service.

Work with Medcan's Laboratory and Clinic Testing team to collect, process, and document blood samples. The position requires two to three years of experience in venipuncture, capillary collection, and specimen handling. You will support clinic operations through organized workflows, clear communication, and careful adherence to laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures for blood collection
- Identify clients and label samples accurately before testing
- Process specimens according to laboratory standards and procedures




- Document client and sample information within the LIS
- Explain collection procedures and address client concerns

Requirements:

- Two to three years' venipuncture and specimen handling experience
- Accredited phlebotomy training program completion
- CPR certification and professional liability insurance proof
- Knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology
- Strong organization, communication, and accuracy skills
