Lead recruitment activities and employee support as a Human Resources Generalist with IMP Aerospace & Defence. Manage hiring processes, candidate screening, and HR services.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Human Resources, this position serves designated client groups through recruitment and selection, policy guidance, and employee support. You will assess vacancies, create postings, coordinate interviews, complete checks, prepare offers, and arrange recent hire access. Additional work includes maintaining candidate networks, HRIS data, orientations, and employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess vacancy requirements with hiring managers
- Draft job postings and coordinate recruitment advertising




- Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Complete reference and security checks
- Prepare offer packages and support new hire setup

Requirements:

- At least three years of progressive HR experience
- Five or more years preferred
- Human Resources Management education or equivalent
- Familiarity with web-based recruiting and tracking tools
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
