The Registered Practical Nurse works within RPN scope, care plans, and regulatory standards under the Director of Care and Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, treatments, electronic records, infection prevention, and communication with clients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver safe, effective, person-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document clinical information and client responses

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse's Program
- Required provincial certification for assigned responsibilities
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Three years of related experience required
- Knowledge of nursing standards and procedures
