The position serves PCL’s Toronto District.As Superintendent at PCL Constructors Canada Inc., you will oversee field execution while coordinating project teams, own forces, trades, and stakeholders. Your work will include developing resource-loaded lookahead schedules, addressing constructability concerns, and maintaining budget and quality compliance.

The position requires solid construction operations knowledge and effective project communication.Key Responsibilities:

Create complete project schedules and identify critical pathsDevelop Project Execution Plans and three-week lookahead schedulesCoordinate field engineers, estimators, subcontractors,



and site contractorsManage schedule conflicts, work interferences, risks, and opportunitiesLead effective meetings with clients, consultants, trades, and employeesRequirements:

Journeyman certificate or related undergraduate engineering degreeEnrollment in the Gold Seal program preferredFive years of progressive field supervision experience preferredAbility to apply scheduling software and basic engineering principlesConflict resolution, problem solving, judgment, and relationship skillsUse site supervision, project scheduling, construction coordination, and problem-solving expertise to deliver PCL’s Halifax hospital build.
