Coordinate beer distribution from The Beer Store's Bolton Corporate Office using inventory management, SAP, and logistics expertise in a hybrid work model.

This full time, 14-month contract reports to the Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment. You will manage full goods listings across Beer Store sites while coordinating replenishment, deliveries, redistribution, reverse logistics, and brewer routing. The position supports brewers, agents, retail locations, and distribution centres through accurate systems maintenance and responsive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory levels using forecasts and store capacity
- Monitor stock and coordinate transfers, adjustments, and brewer routing
- Perform weekly Labatt and Molson fleet routing




- Manage listings, replenishment types, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate site openings, closures, and distribution inquiries

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in a related field
- Two to three years inventory management experience
- Two to three years using SAP
- Understanding of logistics operations and distribution constraints
- Valid driver's license and transportation access
