Within Client Account Management, you will support Recovery Operations across CIBC's Retail and Business Banking Group. This position manages an insolvency portfolio through document review, account research, and appropriate risk-mitigation actions. You will maintain information needed for timely, correct Proof of Claims filing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review bankruptcy and insolvency documents from Licensed Insolvency Trustees
- Determine classifications, write-offs, and appropriate account actions
- Research, validate, and update information across internal systems
- Identify missing accounts and resolve information discrepancies
- Process high work volumes while escalating exceptions promptly

Requirements:

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel skills
- Critical thinking for complex information and problems
