Coordinate customer service and fleet maintenance workflows for Ryder in Woodstock, Ontario, using scheduling, communication, and inventory skills. This is a full time permanent position.

As Customer Service Coordinator II, you will support shop management through customer communications, repair follow-up, maintenance files, and parts processes. The position requires customer issue resolution, effective phone skills, spreadsheet and word processing software, and organized multitasking. You will help improve customer satisfaction, branch productivity, cost containment, and customer retention across the area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate customer communications, issue resolution, and satisfaction activities
- Schedule preventative maintenance, repair campaigns, and follow-up requirements




- Create repair orders and update work planning sheets
- Order, receive, stock, and manage parts inventory
- Maintain vehicle files and process Accounts Payable

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Three years or more customer service experience required
- Customer issue resolution experience required
- Strong computer skills with spreadsheet and word processing software
- Effective written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
