This Senior Project Coordinator supports residential and ICI recent construction for an established General Contractor. You will help manage project activities, documentation, procurement, schedules, costs, and field coordination. The position includes support for occupancy, turnover, deficiencies, reporting, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and monitor material deliveries
- Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and progress reporting
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and consultant documentation
- Process change orders and assist with budget management
- Coordinate occupancy, turnover, deficiencies, and project closeout
Requirements:
- Five-plus years as a Project Coordinator with a General Contractor
- Experience with mid-rise, high-rise, condominium, or rental projects
- Understanding of construction contracts and project administration
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and consultant documents
- Strong organization across multiple concurrent projects
