As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will lead client interactions and support the Client Engagement Associate team. Use customer service, financial processing, problem solving, and online banking skills to address daily needs. Guide complex transactions and connect clients with appropriate CIBC specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients manage accounts, products, and day-to-day banking needs
