The Associate Key Account Manager develops future key account management capability within Galderma. Reporting to the Senior Retail Sales & Key Account Manager, you will support Walmart customer management, forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. The role connects customer needs with commercial execution across dermatology brands and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Walmart requests, promotions, item setup, and account maintenance
- Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, and account materials
- Monitor sales trends, inventory, performance, and promotional effectiveness
- Coordinate Finance,



Supply Chain, Marketing, and planning partners
- Support launches, assortment changes, reporting, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma; BBA or B.Comm preferred
- Three or more years in CPG Customer Development
- Three or more years in Customer Manager or Analyst roles
- Proficiency in Retail Link, Scintilla, and NielsenIQ Discover
- Advanced Excel skills; Walmart experience is an asset
