Lead EPC construction execution through safety, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination while supporting project or program management. This position may require assignment to a project site based on project requirements.

The Construction Project Manager supports an EPC Project Manager or Program Manager from pre-construction through completion and warranty periods. The work includes construction management, project planning, client relations, contracts, documentation, and field staff oversight. Multiple projects may be managed simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and project execution
- Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contracts
- Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
- Coordinate staffing, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering deliverables




- Direct turnover documentation, warranty administration, and closeout

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- Seven years relevant construction project management experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
- Robust communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required
