Shape digital banking improvements at EQ through customer insights and product analysis. This hybrid Toronto internship runs from January through April 2027.

The Product Management Intern will support digital experiences that make banking simpler and more rewarding. You will collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Design, and digital teams. Your work will include customer research, competitor analysis, product metrics, and launch measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prioritize product features and customer journey improvements
- Synthesize feedback, app reviews, support contacts, and user research
- Analyze competitors, markets, funnels, and A/B test results
- Define problem statements, user stories, and success metrics




- Report product performance and customer experience KPIs regularly

Requirements:

- Degree in progress in a relevant field
- Cooperative approach across functions and teams
- Comfort using Excel, SQL, or similar data tools
- Interest in digital banking, fintech, and Canadian financial services
- Excellent clear, concise, and professional communication skills
