Support change management while strengthening supplier performance.As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will develop global procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Lead market research, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.

Analyze categories, cost structures, supplier landscapes, and market dynamics to guide sourcing decisions. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Engineering.Key Responsibilities:

Develop global procurement strategies with stakeholders and suppliersLead RFPs, RFQs, market research, and sourcing activitiesBuild cost models, savings projections, and analytical reportsNegotiate pricing,

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, finance, or engineeringFive to ten years of relevant procurement experienceStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPKnowledge of data mining, spend analysis, and cost modellingExcellent written and verbal communication in English and FrenchBring procurement strategy, negotiation, analytics, and supplier relationship expertise to CSL’s global sourcing activities and supply chain improvement.
