As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will develop global procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Lead market research, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration. Analyze categories, cost structures, supplier landscapes, and market dynamics to guide sourcing decisions. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop global procurement strategies with stakeholders and suppliers
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, market research, and sourcing activities
- Build cost models, savings projections, and analytical reports
- Negotiate pricing,



terms, and conditions with suppliers
- Strengthen vendor performance, relationships, and contract administration

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, finance, or engineering
- Five to ten years of relevant procurement experience
- Robust Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Knowledge of data mining, spend analysis, and cost modelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
