Lead play-based early learning at Compass ELC in Minden, Ontario, using observation and active supervision to support children's development. This contract runs Monday to Friday within program hours.

As a Program Educator, you will plan interest-based activities reflecting children's unique interests. You will document learning through observation, reflection, and research questions. The work supports physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while fostering family relationships and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead interest-based, play-based learning activities
- Maintain active supervision while engaging children in play
- Document children's learning through observation and reflection
- Assist with diapering,



dressing, and eating habits
- Collaborate with families, coworkers, and community partners

Requirements:

- One to three years' experience with children and youth
- Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act standards
- Explicit Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid, and CPR Level C
- High School Diploma or GED
- Updated immunization records and required certifications
