At Rob's Albertan, this residential Service Technician position reports to the General Manager and/or Field Manager. You will analyze customer concerns, service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, and communicate solutions. The work also includes maintenance, IAQ product servicing, and related field tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve residential customer concerns
- Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform air conditioning start-ups as required
- Deliver and remove equipment needed for service work
- Maintain equipment and service or clean IAQ products

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required residential HVAC license; Refrigeration license preferred
- Proven mechanical aptitude and residential HVAC experience
- Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams
